Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over $250 AUD.
We currently ship orders Australia-wide from Sydney, Australia. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays or peak trading periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used or tampered with, unless the item is faulty.
If your product is unopened, unused and in its original condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your parcel arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund where appropriate.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
